Like it or not, Riga is a Russian city because Russians live there and especially because they are the majority.

Ohh yeah there ar a lot of Good night clubs, and its cheap to stay in Riga, ofcourse it depends where are you from ;)Ima latvian living in DK and i think its sooo cheap :)
