I really liked this. Very clever. Except, of course, for the minute+ of deadly silence at the end.

Ah, great! They complained about much the same things as I - I especially loved the complaint about people standing at the end of escalators! And the daily paper IS too thick! (Never have time to read it all through!)
I noticed that the Helsinki people had much more complaints than the Birmingham people.
Are people in Bham generally happier than people in Hki? It's not fair! On se niin väärin!
