I am a guy, middle-aged and living in the USA. take that for whatever it is worth. I will attempt to explain...from my own point of view...what this song means...and why it is titled; 'Vienna'.
1st...Vienna is in Switzerland if my rudimentary geography recalls correctly. Switzerland is known to be "NEUTRAL" in all global political intrigues...Nuff-said there.
